The Island Christmas Review 2016

Christmas. The season has everything. Egg milk, flying reindeer, roasted nuts and chickens, indoor trees, and the salvation of the world. Who wouldn’t want to go to a show, when there’s permission to have all that happening?

In “The Island Christmas Review,” comedian Patrick Ledwell and musician Mark Haines take the rollicking mood of their hit summer show, and set the coordinates for the North Pole.

“The Island Christmas Review” will be a festive tour through the sights and sounds of the season, through comedy, music, and storytelling. It is also a favourite for staff holiday party bookings, with food options, are available by contacting Ryan or Kris at Harmony House.

Mark Haines will treat audiences to his multi-instrumental talents, on fiddle, guitar, and piano. Whether he’s sharing an old English round on the drum, or channeling “O Holy Night” on electric guitar, Mark’s musicianship will help you hear time-honoured carols in a brand new way.

Patrick Ledwell is roasting up a fresh batch of holiday chestnuts, sprinkled with a few returning favorites. He has tips on how to pick a perfect tree and avoid perfectly terrible handcrafts. Patrick is also checking on the availability of lounge singer Terry Velour, to see if he can share more interpretations of Christmas classics.

So check your list twice for the start of December, and book a night for “The Island Christmas Review.” Like affordable chocolates, this variety show has got lots of different stuff in it– so some is bound to strike your fancy.
